Ahlström’s culinary stories have been gathered from centuries of traditional recipes and from new culinary styles. Our best recipes have been passed down from chef to chef, from generation to generation. Vorschmack, Elk Wellington and Pike Loaf are as familiar to us as the whimsical fireworks of modern ‘molecular cuisine’.
Our menu shows the fruits of year-round cooperation between our staff and contract growers. We offer seasonal delicacies – everything from blinis to asparagus, from game to crayfish, and from juicy summer berries to nostalgic yuletide dishes. Our food is one hundred percent natural and additive-free.
